Daily Office Yoga For Teams
Short, focused sessions that help employees move, breathe and reset during the working day. Ideal before work, at lunchtime or to close the day with calm. These classes support focus, energy and stress relief, creating a steady rhythm of wellbeing in the office.
Each session is designed to meet the energy of the day, gentle morning movement to awaken the body, or slower evening sequences to release tension and encourage rest. Daily sessions can be booked for specific teams or offered company-wide as part of an ongoing wellbeing initiative.
