WHAT IS CORPSE POSE (SAVASANA)?
Corpse Pose (Savasana) is a full body resting pose. It stretches, opens and releases tension from the body. Allow your body to fall into a meditative state and let go of all your thoughts.

HOW TO PRACTICE CORPSE POSE (SAVASANA) IN 3 EASY STEPS
Lie flat on your back, with your arms and legs stretched out, on your yoga mat. Tuck your tailbone, lift your pelvis and soften your lower back.
Inhale, soften your body and allow it to fall into a meditative state. Stay in this pose for as long as you feel comfortable.
To exit the pose, exhale, roll onto one side and lift yourself up. You can follow up with Easy Pose (Sukhasana) to end your yoga session.
CORPSE POSE (SAVASANA) VARIATION – USE A BLANKET UNDER YOUR KNEES
Place a rolled blanket under your knees for added support.
