Hero Pose (Virasana) is a seated yoga pose perfect for meditation and tired legs.

HOW TO PRACTICE HERO POSE (VIRASANA) IN 3 EASY STEPS
Kneel on the ground. Your knees should touch and the tops of your feet should be on the floor slightly wider than hip width apart.
Sit down on the ground between your feet. Your buttocks should touch the floor. If this is difficult, use a block. Lengthen your spine and sit up straight. Place your hands on your knees with your palms facing up or down (whatever you prefer)
Practice this asana for as long as you feel comfortable and then exit the pose.
