WHAT IS THE EASY POSE (SUKHASANA)?


The Easy Pose (Sukhasana) is a seated Yoga pose. It’s the preferred asana for meditation and regular practice helps clear your mind.


DO NOT PRACTICE THE EASY POSE (SUKHASANA) IF:

  1. Start in Staff Pose (Dandasana). Cross your legs. Each foot should sit below the opposite knee.

  2. Keep your back straight and make sure your pelvis is in a neutral position.

  3. Stay in this pose for as long as you feel comfortable.
